These are some children's rockers. They are made of locally available pine and
are patterned after chairs I have made for my children and grandchildren over
the past 35 years. They are glued mortise and tenon joinery - no metal used.
They come unfinished, painted, lacquered or shellacked.
Here is a rocker in atiquish shellac.
This is a reproduction of a depression era table my grandfather
made for my mother. The turned legs replicate the old wooden
thread spools. It is finished in hand brushed amber shellac.
